Best Ever Simple Chicken Thigh Recipe

five chicken thigh fillets, bone-in, pores and skin OFF (observe 1)

Preheat oven to 200C/390F (general) or 180C/350F (fan/convection).

Scatter onion and garlic in a baking dish (approximately 10 x 15" / 25 x 35 cm), then place butter in the center. Bake for 15 minutes (check at 12 minutes, mix if a few bits are browning too much).
